Bookings will be confirmed 24 hours before appointment with a confirmation text.

Treatments:

Treatments can take anywhere from 45-90 minutes for a consultation. The use of various TCM axillary methods can be utilised. This is always with the patients consent. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with, please express this with your acupuncturist before treatment.

Medical Concerns:

If you are suffering from any of the following, please advise the acupuncture practitioner before treatment, as this may effect how we treat or the treatment.

Bleeding Conditions

Low or High Blood Pressure

HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis or any other communicable diseases

Existing Cardiac Pacemaker

Extreme Fatigue

History of Seizures

Pregnancy 

Any other health conditions which you think will affect the course of treatment​

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to provide high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients in need of health care.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. In order to be respectful of the health needs of the community, please be courteous and kindly call the clinic at least 48 hours prior if you are unable to attend an appointment so that someone else urgently needs a treatment can be seen at that time.

To cancel your appointments, please call 0447 229 091. If we are unavailable please just leave a voice message or email me. 

​

There is no charge if your appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed (no-show) or cancelled without 24-hour notification will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee. If you cancel/reschedule within 12-hours of your appointment, the full cost of the appoints will be taken, unless the spot is filled by someone else.
